A Great Place To Start..... BACON!

Bacon Chicken Ranch Pizza

Instructions: Bacon Chicken Ranch Pizza

We make a super easy and flavorful pizza all the time.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza crust (thin recommended)
  • 1 ½ cups ranch pizza sauce (see below)
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 ¼ cups bacon crumbles (about 6-8 strips)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp dried basil

Ranch Pizza Sauce:

  • ¾ cup mayo
  • ¾ cup ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup bacon crumbles

Instructions:

  1. Cook Bacon & Chicken: Cook bacon, then cook chicken in the bacon drippings for extra flavor. No need to season the chicken.
  2. Make Sauce: Mix mayo, ranch dressing, and bacon crumbles. Taste and adjust as needed.
  3. Pre-bake Crust: If using homemade dough, bake at 475°F for 3-4 minutes to avoid a soggy crust.
  4. Assemble Pizza: Spread sauce from the center out. Layer 1 cup mozzarella, chicken, and remaining cheese. Top with bacon crumbles and sprinkle basil.
  5. Bake: Bake at 475°F for 15 minutes until bubbly and golden. Remove from the pan immediately to avoid overcooking. Let cool for a couple of minutes, then slice and serve!

Tips:

  • For extra flavor, cook chicken in bacon drippings.
  • Adjust ranch sauce balance to taste.
  • For a little extra zing add a pinch of cayenne Pepper to the ranch sauce.
